Pharmacy Weight Loss Rastrick is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating from Rastrick, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services online.

We reserve the right to decline any request where we determine our services are clinically inappropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose serious risks to your health.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacists and prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are only valid for the individual named and must not be shared or transferred to another person. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances before reordering. We may request additional information or a review before dispensing any repeat supply.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment providers.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will not be charged for the medication. Consultation fees, where applicable, remain non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is provided via a tracked postal or courier service.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once an item has been dispatched.
You are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable delivery address is provided. Medication will not be left unattended in an unsecured location unless you have explicitly authorised this.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the medication has not yet been dispensed or dispatched.
Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with UK medicines legislation. If you believe you have received incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be published on our website with the date of last revision. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
